Dear Taxpayers, SARS announced its start and closing dates for the SARS Tax Filing Season 2021 in South Africa and here is what you must know.
Taxpayers will be able to file their taxes starting from 1st July 2021.
The revenue collector also added that a significant number of individual taxpayers will be auto-assessed again this year, and that this process as well will start from July. A significant number of taxpayers will be assessed automatically and will be given an option to accept the auto assessment outcome and not have to file for tax return at all. Should you wish to edit your return, you’ll have the option to file your return on eFiling or the SARS MobiApp.
